We got a little bit of pride back after this event after having a horrible time in Monza. Mark returned and took 11th place in race 1, but after starting P2 in race 2, he couldn’t convert it into a result and had to retire on lap 1 after a big accident. I was hit from behind in race 1 at the start, so had to play catch up for the whole race with a badly vibrating steering wheel and slightly damaged rear wing. Race 2 was much better, and after recovering from being spun around at the first corner, I made my way from 25th place to 11th by the end. Luck really hasn’t been on our side for most of this season, so hopefully we can finish strongly and not get involved in other people’s accidents.
